Watkins spicy herbed biscuits

Here's another good one:

1 package Good tastings bread mix
2 tsp/10ml Watkins organic paprika
2 tsp/10ml Watkins organic garlic powder
2 tsp/10ml Watkins organic oregano
2 tsp/10ml Watkins organic thyme
1 cup/250ml andouille sausage, cooked and chopped into small pieces
2 cups/500ml parmesan cheese
12 oz/355ml beer
2 tbsp/15ml Watkins all-natural sea salt

Combine bread mix,paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme. Stir in sausage, and 1 and a 1/2 375ml cups cheese. Add beer, just stir until moistened. Drop by tablespoon onto well greased baking sheet. Drizzle butter over biscuits, sprinkle with remaining cheese and sea salt. bake at 350 degrees/180 celsius for 35 to 40 min.

Chili Barbecued Chicken

Here one for some hot summer chicken:

1/2cup/125ml ketchup
1/3 cup/80ml apple jelly
2 tbsp/30ml Watkins mesquite barbecue sauce concentrate
1 tbsp/15ml(divided)Watkins chili Powder
8 chicken quarters ( remove skin if desired)
2 tsp/10ml Watkins Seasoning Salt
2 tsp/10ml Watkins Garlic Granules

Combine ketchup, apple jelly, barbecues sauce concentrate and 1 tsp/5ml of chili powder; set aside. Rub both sides of chicken with a combination of Seasoning Salt, Garlic Granules and remaining chili powder. Place on grill over medium heat; cook 45 to 60 minutes or until done, basting occasionally with barbecue mixture the last 15 minutes of cooking time. Makes 8 servings.

Chai mocha cooler

Here is a summer treat I just came across., the chai mocha cooler.

3/4cup/180ml Watkins Chai Latte, pepared
2 cups/500ml chocalte ice cream
1 tsp/5ml Watkins vanilla extract
1/2tsp/2.5 ml Watkins cinnamon
crushed ice if desired

Place chai latte, ice cream, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve over crushed ice or top with whipped cream. Make two servings
